You are invited to join us for an extended afternoon Gong Immersion to welcome in the Winter Solstice ✨ This extended session will give you an opportunity for rest and reflection in the busy run up to Christmas - an afternoon Just for You ✨Doors open at 1.50pm for a 2pm start. We will gather for our Immersion which will last for 1hr 20mins where you will experience the healing sound of the Drum, Gongs, Crystal Bowls and chimes- with this longer session you will be able to draw deeper inwards and let go of the outside world and any worries and stress. It is an invitation to lay down and receive deep rest physically, mentally and emotionally 💗
After the Gong Immersion we will have hot drinks and snacks (provided) to ground ourselves fully before finishing at 4pm 💗
To build your own comfy ‘nest’ please bring a yoga mat or similar to lie on (you are welcome to bring a reclining chair if you prefer), plenty of layers, pillows and cushions and whatever else you need to be warm and cosy. Please also bring an eyemask, water and your favourite mug for hot drinks provided afterwards 💗
Exchange for the afternoon is £30 and I will be offering two reduced rate places if needed (please reach out if you are in need of one) 💗
