Nurturing Soundbath : A Journey to Deep Relaxation

In today’s high-stress world, our nervous systems rarely get the opportunity to experience true, deep rest. This immersive soundbath is designed to help you tap into that space of profound relaxation, where your body and mind can reset, restore, and revive. Through carefully curated sounds, I will guide you into a meditative state that supports nervous system health and cultivates a lasting sense of calm.
In this 60-minute experience, you’ll be enveloped by the gentle tones of singing bowls, gongs, and other soothing instruments. These sounds create a pathway to enter a state of relaxation similar to deep meditation, helping to shift the nervous system out of fight-or-flight and into rest-and-digest mode.

- Deep relaxation: Release physical tension and mental stress, calming the sympathetic (stress-driven) nervous system and supporting the parasympathetic (restful) system.

**Please Note:**
This session is not suitable for individuals with pacemakers/metal plates, those with epilepsy, severe mental health issues, or women in their first trimester of pregnancy.
**What to Bring:**
- Water to stay hydrated (please come on a light stomach).
- Mats, pillows, and blankets are provided, but feel free to bring anything else that makes you comfortable—an extra pillow, cozy blanket, eye mask.
- Warm socks to keep your feet warm and comfortable.
