As the energy of summer begins to soften, gift yourself an evening of deep rest and renewal.This two-hour immersive experience begins with a one-hour restorative yoga practice designed to soothe your nervous system, release held tension, and guide you gently inward. Supported by props and breath, each shape invites spaciousness, stillness, and surrender.Following the movement practice, settle in for a full hour of healing sound. Let the calming vibrations of crystal singing bowls, tingsha, rain stick, and didgeridoo wash over you—balancing your energy, quieting your mind, and grounding you in the present moment.Whether you’re seeking stress relief, emotional release, or a moment to simply be, this workshop offers the space to slow down and reconnect.All levels welcome. No experience necessary—just come as you are.You will need:A high quality yoga mat (studio mat rentals are $5)Water (we have a water refill station in studio)Blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets are available for you to use at no additional chargeWe totally understand that things come up! If you’re unable to attend, please cancel at least an hour in advance through your Momence app. If you don’t cancel ahead of time your drop-in or class credit will be forfeited.
