Join me for a cozy evening of stillness, soft light, and deep care. Candlelight Restorative Yoga & Reiki is a gentle invitation to pause, settle, and receive. Restorative yoga, supported by an abundance of props, creates the space for your body to fully let go. As you rest into these nourishing shapes, I’ll weave in Reiki—an energy practice that supports balance and ease on subtle levels of body, mind, and spirit.Postures will be held longer, offering time to melt away layers of tension. The combination of Reiki and restorative yoga invites you into a state of deep rest—where stress softens, the heart lightens, and the body remembers how to restore itself naturally.
This practice is cooling, meditative, and deeply supportive, especially in the darker, colder months. Please dress warmly and comfortably, and bring along any items that help you feel grounded and cozy. Gentle scents and essential oils may be offered to enhance the sensory experience.
What to Bring:
1-2 blankets (at least one from home can be comforting)
Yoga mat (available at the studio)
2 blocks (available at the studio)
A bolster or firm pillow (available at the studio)
