Come and join me for a relaxing and restoring class on Sunday 15th September at 11:00 am at the Loft Grace Hill Studios in Folkestone!
Experience the ultimate relaxation for your body and mind. This class is about doing less and letting yourself fully relax and recharge for the week ahead. For the first half we will do some simple breathwork techniques that will allow your body to unwind feeling the stresses of the day melting away. Then you will be guided through a body scan meditation to help you release any tension in each part of your body. The class will finish with a 30-min crystal singing bowls that are designed to melt away stress and promote deep relaxation and sleep.
