We begin with a practice of guided stillness and effortless awareness, opening a gentle doorway into deep relaxation. From there, drift away on a dreamy soul-journey as the primal rhythm of the frame drum, the mysterious frequencies of the deep gong, the ethereal tones of the crystal bowls and the soft waves of the ocean drum carry you inward.
Dress cozy and bring your yoga mat and any personal props or items for comfort. Blankets, bolsters and yoga props are available in studio.
We close the session with Bengal Spice tea, dark chocolate wafers and a few moments to ground and integrate. Give yourself the gift of deep rest and renewal.
