Join us for three nourishing evenings of restorative yoga and sound bath designed to support rest, calm, and deep sleep.
Each 2-hour session includes 45 minutes of gentle, supported restorative yoga with Hollie from you.ful, followed by 45 minutes of immersive sound healing with Dona from inner peace holistic
As the winter months shift our mind and body but societal pressures become more intense these sessions have been designed to support your mind and body into a natural resting space where deep restoration happens.
No experience needed just bring yourself, cosy clothing, and an open heart.
