We’ll begin with gentle breathwork to create space and ease, followed by slow somatic movements that release stored tension and invite you into deeper presence.
From there, we’ll transition into long, supported yin and restorative postures. These shapes are held with care and spaciousness, giving your tissues time to soften and your nervous system permission to shift into profound rest.
We’ll close with an extra-long savasana to fully integrate the practice and emerge feeling grounded, restored, and renewed.
