Wellness Wednesday: Deep Reset is a monthly sound healing and meditation experience in Corona, CA. Hosted by Evelyn and Dru Ali of Sacred Liiight, in collaboration with Holistic Vibez, this one-hour experience blends Ajna Light Neurotechnology, gentle movement, and vibrational sound, to support deep renewal in a calm, welcoming environment.

This monthly reset weaves together ancient practices and modern meditation technology which include:

First Half — Release & Grounding
Intentional, accessible movement paired with breath awareness and grounding practices supports the body in unwinding, releasing held tension, and settling the nervous system—preparing the body for deep rest.
Second Half — Deep Rest & Sound Immersion
Participants rest comfortably as they enter a deeply restorative sound immersion with planetary gong and crystal singing bowls, supported by Ajna Light Neurotechnology and Holy Fire® Reiki. Reiki is offered as a gentle healing arts practice through guided self-practice and distant support, emphasizing relaxation, balance, and restorative rest.
The experience is intentionally paced to allow the nervous system to settle, supporting clarity, restoration, and embodied presence.

Access a rare intentional Light Self Therapy using pulsed LEDs within a gold Tesla Plate field to guide the brain into states that border deep meditation and psychedelic-like awareness, with no substances, just Light.
