We'll begin with gentle, restorative movement and breathwork to settle your nervous system and prepare the body to receive, Lindsey will guide you through restorative postures while Tasha provides hands on reiki assisting with release of any energy that is no longer serving you. From there, you'll be guided into an immersive sound journey using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other vibrational tools—each one chosen to help you release stuck energy, restore inner harmony, and reconnect with your deepest truth.
The natural resonance of the bamboo, the filtered sunlight, and the quiet rustling of the forest will enhance your experience—bringing you into deeper alignment with the rhythms of the earth and your own inner wisdom.
