Breathing practices and meditation to alleviate physical pain and mental discomfort
Proper alignment techniques in common yoga poses and sequences to cater to the needs of your body
Warmed room, no yoga experience required. Sliding scale $50-$75
Aimee Huffman is a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT) and E-RYT 500 that has advanced training in the treatment of low back pain using yoga as therapy.
