Have you already experienced a sound journey - deep relaxation with singing bowls? These soothing sounds invite deep states of relaxation, enhance creativity and ability to reduce tension and stress for the participants and for me 😊 My name is Adonė Mitkevičienė and I've been facilitating singing bowls sessions for more than 5 years. I hope you'll join me for a peaceful 90 minute sound journey with singing bowls ending with a cup of herbal tea and a little something to bring you back fully from your inner landscape.🥣 Place: Basanavičiaus 29A - 9, Vilnius
🥣 Price: 15€ per group session, bundle of 3 group sessions is 40€. I offer a discount price (10 € per group session) for students, senior citizens, cancer patients & people with disabilities (unfortunately the building does not have wheelchair access & the studio is on the 2nd floor). You can pay by cash or by transfer, details are provided after registration.

🥣 Registration: the number of spots is limited. To reserve your spot, send me a message +370 653 42683 (I'm also on Viber and WhatsApp) indicating your name, the number of spots you want to reserve, the date and time of the group session you want to join.
🥣 Soft mats, cushions and blankets are provided in the studio. In case you need darkness to relax, you're welcome to bring an eye mask. so there's no need to bring anything.
It's advisable to wear comfortable clothes and not to drink coffee 1 hour before to the session.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes in advance in order to settle down comfortably. We start on time and there is no possibility to join once the session starts. Please be considerate and if you cancel, do it as early as possible to allow someone else to take your spot.
I also offer private sessions for individuals, couples (all couples are welcome, love is love 💚) and groups of friends/family members/colleagues. A private session for an individual is 40 €, for a coupl - 50 € and the price for a private group session depends on the number of people, please contact me for details)
