Join Sneha for a deeply relaxing sound bath designed to calm the nervous system and support full-body rest. You will be gently guided into a state of deep relaxation while immersed in the soothing harmonics of Himalayan Singing Bowls. As the body settles and the mind begins to quiet, the sounds continue to flow, allowing the body, mind, and spirit to restore and rejuvenate.
The Himalayan Singing Bowls are traditionally crafted with seven metals and produce rich, resonant tones that guide the mind into a deep meditative state. Their gentle vibrations move through the body on a subtle, cellular level, supporting energetic balance and harmony. Each bowl carries a unique frequency that corresponds with the body’s seven main energy centers, encouraging the release of stagnant energy and promoting a sense of overall well-being.
NEW: For your comfort, we now provide zero-gravity chairs, allowing your body to rest in perfect alignment and ease. Please bring a cozy blanket to place over yourself during the session, and anything else that helps you feel warm and supported as you journey inward.
Sneha Agrawal of Emerald Energies Wellness is a certified Usui/Holy Fire III ® Reiki Practitioner, Certified Himalayan Singing Bowl Practitioner, Certified Angel Guide and Narayan Reiki Master. She applies her intuitive and empathic abilities to sense the areas that require energetic alignment and then customizes each Reiki/Sound Bath session to promote the well-being of the recipient. Both Reiki and Sound Bath sessions deeply relax the mind and the body, improve the mood, boost energy flow in the body, and promote spiritual growth.
