Our signature Altha sound bath provides a multi-sensorial and fully immersive sound meditation experience for optimal healing and rejuvenation. We begin each experience by cleansing the space with palo santo and sage and then begin the healing session with a wide variety of instruments that include Paiste & Grotta Sonora gongs, Crystal Tones alchemy crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, Theta Drums ocean drums, rain sticks, shakers, hand drums, water & earth chimes, flow chimes and more.

A sound bath is an immersive sound experience – it is called a “bath” because the sound waves wash over you as you relax and enjoy the melodic journey. The harmonics and frequencies effortlessly lull your mind into a deep meditative state, while the healing vibrations and frequencies revitalize your entire body.

What to wear / what to bring:
- Please kindly arrive 15 minutes early to park and get settled in your healing space.
- Wear something cozy and comfortable, like loungewear.
- Bring a refillable bottle of water.
- For a deeper and more immersive experience we highly reccomend a eye mask.
- Please bring whatever you will need to be comfortable, we recommend bringing a comfortable mat, blanket, warm socks, and a pillow for your head or your lower back.

Be sure to turn right on N Olive Dr for easy access. Please let valet know you are here for the event. Special valet price of $25 for our event (instead of $60). The valet and hotel entrance are located on N Olive Dr, even though maps show Sunset Blvd.
Alternatively, ride-shares are always a good idea.
