Magdalena Lesiak is a skilled and experienced practitioner in the field of sound healing, particularly known for her expertise with gongs. She has dedicated many years to studying and mastering the art of sound therapy, using the powerful vibrations of gongs to promote deep relaxation and healing.
She studied with the Grand Gong Master Don Conreaux and other great teachers known in the field. She is also experienced in holistic therapies.
Magdalena’s approach is both intuitive and informed by her knowledge of therapeutic techniques and their effects on the body and mind. Her sessions are designed to create a meditative state, often by using binaural beats and hypnagogic gonging techniques she helps participants release stress and tension, and achieve a sense of inner peace.
