This workshop is designed to support those with sensitive nervous systems or anyone curious about Yoga Therapy. Anna will guide you to experience a slow, deep, nourishing combination of Yin yoga, Restorative yoga and tools from Yoga therapy to rebalance the energy system from inside out. Find comfort in the body and relax the mind through slow movement and long held poses that support the nervous system. The workshop ends with Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation in Savasana, also described as Yogic Sleep. Give yourself the most precious gift - your own presence.
Educated as a IYAT Yoga therapist, Anna and has been teaching yoga internationally since 2014. She has offered "Deep Recharge & Yoga Nidra" workshop for more than 4 years. Anna’s personal experience of recovering from a severe burnout more than a decade ago initiated her mission of working with with people individually as well as in groups to support healing and wellbeing.
