Yoga Nidra is a deeply relaxing and transformative practice that takes you into a state of conscious sleep, where you can release physical, mental, and emotional tension.
During this event, you will be guided through a series of simple yet powerful techniques to help you relax and let go of any stress, worries, or distractions. You will lie down comfortably on your back, with blankets and pillows to support your body, and listen to a guided meditation that will lead you into a state of deep relaxation.
Yoga Nidra is an amazing practice that can help you reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, improve your sleep, boost your creativity and intuition, and even help you grow spiritually. So come on out and give it a try, no experience necessary! Just wear something comfy and bring a yoga mat, and a blanket if you have one. We can't wait to see you there!
And to finish off , we're going to add a short Kirtan meditation session. Kirtan is a form of chanting that involves singing mantras and repeating sacred sounds. It's a beautiful and powerful way to connect with others, with yourself, and with the divine.
