Deep Listening with Erin Snow (30 minutes) Founder of Seacoast Listening Lounge guides you through the art of listening — both being heard and holding space for others. Through live demonstrations and guided practice, you'll explore:

• The way listening transforms relationships and builds trust
• Approaches for navigating sensitive topics with empathy
• Practical skills to be more present and create safe spaces in daily life

Through live demonstrations with audience volunteers using pre-drafted scenarios, you'll witness how conversation dynamics transform with genuine listening, all while learning practical skills.

Connection Experience with Talia Rosenblum (45 minutes) Founder of Third Space Experiences facilitates structured conversations where you immediately apply your new listening skills to create authentic connections with others. Through two rounds of rotating small groups, you'll experience:

• Curated conversation prompts designed to move beyond small talk to meaningful reflection
• Moving beyond surface-level interaction to connection you'll actually remember
• Presence without the distraction of devices

Cocktail Hour (30 minutes) Put your new skills into practice during informal mingling and conversation.
