Start Your New Year Right with Deep Listening, an immersive workshop where sound becomes a path to connection, healing, and creative expression. On New Year’s Day, set a powerful intention for the year ahead through the transformative practice of sound meditation.
In this intimate, hands-on experience (limited to 8 participants), you’ll explore sacred instruments including gongs, drums, shakers, Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, and chimes, learning how to unlock their unique tones and vibrations.
But this experience is about more than playing instruments—it’s about learning the art of deep listening:
✨ Listening to Sound — Discover how to attune to the subtle vibrations and harmonics of the instruments
✨ Listening to Each Other — Cultivate presence and connection through collaborative sound-making.
The workshop will culminate in a group-created sound meditation, blending the contributions of all participants into one harmonious, healing soundscape. No prior musical experience is required—just an open heart and a willingness to listen deeply.
