About this Event

A rapidly changing world requires leaders to upgrade their abilities to adapt, refocus and connect deeply with their teams.

If you find yourself struggling to adapt to the rapid changes, or have difficulty connecting deeply with your team and refocusing your leadership strategies, we are here to help.

Our 2-day live training is designed to equip you with practical leadership tools, enhance your social-emotional intelligence, and boost your people skills. This programme will also help you shift your mindset, providing the clarity and effectiveness you need to thrive in a constantly evolving environment.

We will also be hosting 2 virtual practice sessions after the live trainings for participants to integrate their skills, share their progress and receive guidance.

Learning Outcomes:

Day 1 – Leading Yourself

On the first day, you’ll understand the essentials of emotional intelligence and learn how to cultivate healthy mindsets. This is crucial for improving your decision-making, communication, team relationships, well-being, and leadership effectiveness. Through experiential learning, you’ll grasp the importance of resilient leadership in a VUCA world and gain future-ready leadership competencies to develop a mindset geared toward success and adaptability.

We’ll also explore techniques for focus and mindful leadership, to help you manage emotions and understand the neuroscience behind self-management. You’ll delve into effective decision-making processes, emphasizing the shift from fear-based responses to rational and creative solutions. The day will also cover strategies for managing stress and triggers, fostering self-awareness, and developing strategic insight. You’ll learn about the growth mindset, its relationship with resilience and success, and how to overcome limiting beliefs to take personal ownership and responsibility.

Day 2 – Leading Others Through Challenging Times

The second day focuses on connecting with others, building trust, and communicating with courage and sensitivity during challenging situations. You’ll engage in practical exercises designed to enhance your interpersonal skills. The training includes role-play, live demonstrations, discussions, and interactive activities that provide hands-on experience with the tools and communication models necessary for effective leadership.

You’ll learn the elements of empathic communication, understand different communication styles, and how you can manage various stakeholders. We’ll cover coaching and development techniques, highlighting how to give and receive feedback skilfully. Additionally, you’ll navigate the roadmap for difficult conversations and conflict resolution, ensuring you can maintain psychological safety while promoting high performance within your teams. We’ll also address the importance of creating an inclusive culture and understanding team dynamics, equipping you with the skills to foster collaboration and build a resilient, high-performing team environment.

Throughout both days, we’ll emphasize practical application and experiential learning, ensuring you leave with actionable strategies to implement in your leadership roles immediately.
