This is a very gentle event where I will be channeling the angelic realm to help clear and lift the heaviness of our stresses and grief.
As a group I will lead us through a sequence of guided meditations, channeling divine messages throughout.
I will also be delivering a sound bath and finally end with a mindful walk on Perranporth beach where I will teach cleansing and grounding methods using the elements around us.
The cost is £55 pp including tea/coffee and cake with gluten free/vegan options.
This will all be held in Seiners Arms cosy function room which over looks Perranporth beach.
