​​There are many different dimensions to the human heart, physical and energetic. The multidimensional and integral heart is an organ of perception, wisdom, knowing, intuitive guidance and the seat from which we connect and relate to ourselves and the world.

At the same time, in a culture that favours the intellect over the heart, it is easy to become disconnected.

​This workshop is an invitation to open to, connect and explore the multidimensional reality, wisdom and guidance of our hearts to replenish our sense of deep connection, alignment and heart-sourced living.

These explorations will be supported by practices drawn from a range of modalities, including somatic movement, creative expression, embodied imagination and guided reflections.

The workshop will allow plenty of time for grounding in the body, weaving a safe and supportive space, dialoguing, reflection and integration.
