EXPERIENCE THE HEALING POWER OF SOUND...We are offering sound baths every Saturday during the month of June!
Vibrational Sound Healing uses singing bowls made of quartz crystal and precious metals, chimes, sacred gongs, and other unique sound instruments to flood the body and mind with layers upon layers of soothing vibrations and sound to induce deep relaxation and enhance receptivity. The entire experience is like an energetically cleansing spring shower for the soul.
Each bowl and every instrument has been hand-picked and intentionally chosen for its own unique sound quality and compelling vibrational energy. When married together, these individual sounds merge to create a symphony of sound that bathes the body in healing energy. This is why we call it a "sound bath." The mind stops discerning and labeling and shifts into a meditative state of being, trusting and releasing, and allowing the body to soften and relax in extraordinary ways.

COST: $30 each session
Please arrive 10 minutes early. Our events and classes begin and end on time. To ensure the safety and comfort of our attendees, presenters, and staff, the doors will lock promptly at the posted start time and late entries will not permitted.
Black Cat Yoga workshops and events are nonrefundable, and your reservation can only be used for the date it was purchased for. In the event that a workshop or event is canceled by us, participants will receive a full refund or a credit to their studio account. Absence to a workshop or series is nonrefundable.
