Each bowl and every instrument has been hand-picked and intentionally chosen for its own unique sound quality and compelling vibrational energy. When married together, these individual sounds merge to create a symphony of sound that bathes the body in healing energy. This is why we call it a "sound bath." The mind stops discerning and labeling and shifts into a meditative state of being, trusting and releasing, and allowing the body to soften and relax in extraordinary ways.
Our sound baths are more than just an experience of simply listening to beautiful sounds; they are a multifaceted sensory journey designed to induce deep healing and relaxation by flooding the body and mind with layers upon layers of soothing vibration, sound, and energy.

Pre-registration is required as spaces will be limited for this event. Black Cat Yoga workshops and events are nonrefundable, and your reservation can only be used for the date it is purchased for.
