This Deep Guided Rest session begins with a few gentle settling movements - a way to loosen the body, soften the breath, and ease yourself into stillness. Then you’ll be guided into deep, restorative rest.

💫 gather yourself before the holidays begin
No experience needed - just comfort, warmth, and the willingness to slow down.
