Deep flow workshop with Quinn

Deep Flow is a 90-minute yoga journey guided by Quinn and soundtracked live by local DJ collective Deep Cover -- blending meditative bass, evolving grooves and global instrumentation. Uniting flowing movement, breathwork, and deep melodic soundscapes, this practice is designed to be equal parts energising and grounding.

As we move through the chakra system, expect a feel-good flow and a unique opportunity to leave your head and return to your body. We'll build heat, find rhythm, and create space to reconnect with yourself, all carried by a carefully-curated sound bed.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi, a raver, or completely new to both, come ready to move, reset, and lose yourself in the flow.
