WE WILL UPDATE THIS EVENT PAGE AS SOON AS WE HAVE A NEW DATE/TIME CONFIRMED. **The Miami Authentic Connection Community and the Center for Social Change are excited to invite you to join us for an experiential weekend of connection and relational training. This deep dive into Authentic Relating is a weekend intensive hosted by special guest and renowned community leader, Robert MacNaughton. Robert has been developing cultural intelligence practices for over a decade, having led hundreds of trainings and worked with community leaders around the globe. This special opportunity to connect and grow with ourselves and the conscious South Florida community is a two part series. Friday evening is a Free Community Intro to Relational Leadership. Saturday and Sunday will consist of a deep dive workshop into Authentic Relating and Relational Leadership. You may opt to only attend Friday evening, however we highly recommend the entire weekend for maximum value. This workshop will empower you with tools to consciously choose how you connect with others. It will naturally create intention and mindfulness in your communication and interactions. You will gain massive value from this training if you are a community leader, coach, teacher, therapist, or anyone who wishes to deepen their ability to connect with others. You can expect to learn and foster: *Your relational leadership toolset that you can bring to both your personal and professional relationships*An ability to communicate your needs or boundaries in such a way that is less likely to trigger defensive reactions*How to deeply see others without projecting your own perceptions/judgements*Ways to connect easily and naturally with anyone, even people you just met*An openness to receive difficult conversations/feedback with neutrality*How to improve your ability to be present with those you interact with*An ability to provide deep compassion for the experience of others *How to create playfulness and fun in your relationships This will be an experiential weekend of exploring connection through curated experiences designed to enhance our capacity for relational presence. These authentic relating exercises consist of individual, paired, and group exercises that explore ways of seeing, connecting, appreciating yourself and others at a deeper level. They are a safe and structured container for us to go beyond small talk and surface level exchanges and into our shared sense of humanity. More About Your Host:Robert MacNaughton is an executive coach and facilitator who is a pioneer in the fields of Integral business, behavioral development, and experiential education. Robert focuses on supporting leaders to foster healthy culture and navigate interpersonal conflict both personally and professionally. Robert founded The Integral Center in Boulder Colorado, a space dedicated to self development and community leadership.
