Dive into 2025 with a deep session of 5Rhythms movement meditation ritual and somatic expressive arts. We’ll follow the map of the Rhythms together and explore how we can shed the old and bring in the new. We will move to better health, peace and prosperity and having compassion for all people! Make room for your own dance, your own dream, and your own healing. We’ll make space for vision boarding and art making together. All are welcome, no experience necessary!
