This workshop offers an in-depth exploration of head movement, specifically tailored for followers. Leads are also welcome to attend to gain insight into follower's technique.We will begin with a thorough warm-up, focusing on the key muscles involved in head movement. The workshop will cover essential body mechanics and include solo drills to ensure ample time to absorb the information.
The goal of this class is for you to have more tools for solo training and a deeper understanding of head movement mechanics that translate to the dance floor!

ℹ️ Prerequisite: Level 3+ experience is required. Level 2 allowed with instructor permission.
