Deep Autumn Sound Bath

As the seasons deepen and the golden light of autumn fades, we’re invited to slow down, shed, and soften into stillness. This is a time to release what no longer serves, ground into the present, and prepare for the quiet wisdom of winter.

Join us for a Deep Autumn Sound Bath — a restorative evening of immersive sound designed to bring balance and inner renewal. Through the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gong, and other instruments, you’ll be guided into a meditative state where the body can restore, the heart can open, and the mind can rest.

• A warm and nurturing evening of sound and stillness
• Gentle guidance into deep rest and renewal
• The supportive energy of shared space and community
• A moment to pause, reflect, and realign with the turning season

• A yoga mat, blankets, pillows, and an eye mask for comfort
• Slippers if you’d like (shoes will be left at the door)
• A journal for post-journey reflections (optional)
• Water to stay hydrated

Doors open: 6:30 PM
Session: 7:00 – 8:30 PM (doors close promptly at 7:00)

This experience is open to all — whether it’s your first sound bath or a regular practice, you’ll be held in a safe and welcoming space.
