Join us for an informative in-person event at Barrett Financial Group, L.L.C. where we will cover Deed Fraud, Firewise, and AZ Water. Earn 3 hours of General Credit CE.

The objective of this course is to educate licensees about these critical issues, so that they may be better prepared to educate and protect the homeowners and clients in Arizona. All 3 topics have reached the forefront of concern due to the situations by which all residents in the state are impacted. Almost every homeowner has a recorded deed on their property, has water provided, pumped or brought to the property, and are in communities that could be impacted by wildfires. No person or property in the state is immune from problems with any of these issues.

This course combines all three topics, providing 3 hours of General continued education to be used as one of the two electives each license must have to renew their license (in 2024). As of January 2025, this will become a required course for all licenses to renew their AZ license.
