Liverpools done and dusted, nows the chance for anyone looking to have a go at Strongman/Woman for the first time aswell as a any Novices looking at a slightly lighter comp than we normally do'

First Timers: This is for those wanting to have a go at an ever increasing sport, if you have competed before even if in a different sport and you know this will be a rep fest then step up!
Novice: If you have won a Novice or placed Top 3 more than 3 times then this comp is not for you.
