Join us for a nourishing Sunday morning blending gentle yoga and creative expression at Now or Never: Hobby Hub + Social Club and Kaya Flow + Movement
This two-hour offering begins with a slow, heart-centered yoga practice, designed to soften the body, calm the nervous system, and create space for reflection. From there, we’ll transition into a vision board workshop, using images, words, and textures to explore what truly brings you joy. We will also be offering opportunites to decoupage your images or affirmations onto wood cut out to hang and have as a positive reminder.
Rather than focusing on goals or productivity, this experience invites you to listen inward, honor what feels meaningful right now, and creatively express the things that light you up.
All bodies and levels are welcome. No yoga or art experience necessary. All craft supplies provided.
We have a limited amount of mats avaliable. We encourage you to bring your own, if possible. This workshop will start promptly at 11:05am. You are weclome to join us and get cozy at 10:50. Please let us know via Instagram DMs if you will be running late but we encourage you to arrive on time.
