Perimenopause and menopause is a universal and natural biological process for all women. The timing of your perimenopause and menopause symptoms, and the symptoms you have are not in your control. At our workshop, we'll talk about the hormonal rollercoaster and its symptoms. We'll identify ways to cope. We'll close the workshop with an introduction to strength training, which is considered to be a panacea for this unique and difficult time.
We hope that you come away from our workshop feeling intrigued rather than overwhelmed. You’re in a weird place. But it’s not actually a bad place. It's a sacred space because here is where change happens. From youth to the older, wiser, and tougher you.
