Sometimes our daily responsibilities and habits don't allow the space we need for inner peace and spiritual development, leaving us feeling aimless and frantic. By reframing how we think about daily life, we can simplify our approach to all our activities and commitments, bringing clarity and a sense of purpose to everything we do.
