Declutter your Life - from Mental Stress to Calm
I am the most content I have ever been but it's taken ten years of 'work' on self. That has involved throwing the book at myself to see what sticks. The good news is, a lot of it stuck.
I would like to share with others, how to become mentally well even if you do have ADHD/PTSD or have experienced any kind of 'trauma' in your life.
As a North Node in Gemini, it is apparently my life calling to share my story in order to help others. I have not done it before as I never felt ready.

It is 2024 and I could not be happier if I tried. But that wasn’t always the case…..I have struggled with anxiety, stress and self-doubt for the majority of my life.
I believe many people struggle; in fact, I think the state of mental health in this country right now, is as bad as it has ever been.
If you walked down any British high street, in fact, any high street around the world, and asked the first person you met, what they wanted from life, I know what the answer would be. “To be Happy.” We have so much more than we ever had, and yet we still seek happiness, like it’s something to chase.
This will be an interactive evening.
