New Declaration Introduction – Education SessionsWe are just a month away from introducing the new Declaration document that will modernize and consolidate our governing documents. To ensure that every Homeowner has the opportunity to learn and ask questions, we will be holding two education sessions and restricting these meetings to Homeowners only or a Homeowner can appoint someone to attend.
Session 3: Assessments, Maintenance Responsibilities, and Enforcement
Objective:
• Explain how assessments are calculated, capped, and collected.
• Review owner and Association maintenance duties.
• Describe enforcement, fines, and liens.
Key Content:
• Article IV: Assessments.
• Article V: Maintenance and Repairs.
• Article X: Remedies for Violations.

Homeowner-Only Attendance & Authorization Option
To ensure a focused and informed discussion, the education sessions are limited to Willowbrook homeowners only. If you are unable to attend but would like someone to participate on your behalf, you must complete and submit a Homeowner Appointment Authorization Form in advance. The appointed individual must be approved by the Board prior to the session.
