The Need-to-Know Details:
Registering: The studio fits 12 mats, if you are unable to make it please kindly cancel 24-hours in advance. If invite others, please be sure that each person is registered here. If class is full, please join the waitlist.
The cost: Each class is $15/person and can be paid in the form of cash or venmo (@haylsg17).
The studio space + parking: True Flow Yoga is an indoor studio with free parking on the front, side and back. The studio faces Quail Street and doors will open 15 minutes before start time, please arrive 3-5 minutes early to find parking and land comfortably on your mat.
What to bring: Please bring your own mat. The studio has blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets if needed to support or modifying any postures.
What to wear: Feel free to wear any comfortable stretchy clothing that feels best on your body, every body is a yoga body. 😊 The studio is temperature controlled at a comfortable room temperature (i.e.: this is not hot yoga).
