Women’s Circle: Healing the Sister Wound with Hope & Light

As the holidays draw near, many of us feel the weight of both joy and challenge. Alongside the celebrations, old hurts, comparison, or loneliness can rise....especially around sisterhood.
This December circle is a sacred space to tend to the sister wound, the places where we’ve felt betrayed, judged, or disconnected from other women, and to gently welcome hope and light back into our hearts.
Together, we will breathe, reflect, and share in a safe and supportive space. Through gentle practices, journaling prompts, and a seasonal ritual, we’ll honor what needs to be released and invite in renewal, connection, and belonging.
