We’ll amble through woodland, parkland, fields, and meadows, and look at and taste some of the most delicious wild flavours of our Scottish winter time. We’ll discuss identification features, responsible foraging practices, preparation suggestions, and, of course, similar looking toxic and inedible species. This foraging walk is suitable for all ages and skill levels and will include samples of food and beverages brimming with foraged flavours.
