Sunday Sanctuary Deep rest mini retreat at Creacon Wellness Retreat 🧘🏻♀️The Sunday Sanctuary is a wonderful 3 hour deep rest mini retreat designed for you! 🥰🧘🏻♀️
The afternoon will begin with a easeful breath practice, meditation and then followed with a gentle flow yoga practice. We will then move into a restorative and Yin yoga style practice, finishing with a relaxing yoga nidra (sleep yoga) and then ending the day with teas, treats and chats.
This mini retreat takes place at the beautiful Creacon Wellness Retreat, just outside New Ross. This is a beautiful and perfect place tucked away in the countryside. It is a quiet and peaceful and is just what is needed to get away from the demands of everyday life🌱
The retreat is suitable for all levels from absolute beginners to experienced yogis.🧘🏻♀️📿
We will start at 3pm and finish at 6pm. There is no need to bring anything as all props and mats are provided but you are very welcome to bring your own.
This this a wonderful way to spend an afternoon, taking some time out just for you. It is very relaxing and you get to spend time with like minded people enjoying chats having a little fun ☺️
