Join us for a deeply relaxing session for the body and soul. Using the sounds of the Ancient Gong along with many other healing instruments such as Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, drums, pipes, chimes and bells, I will intuitively play so that you are "immersed" in the harmonic vibrational frequencies. As the sounds "wash" over your body, the mind may quieten, mental chatter decrease and your body can enter a better state of harmony, balance and improved well being.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled as doors will be promptly CLOSED when we start to avoid interruption.
Bring PLENTY of mats, blankets and pillows to be warm and comfortable to lay on the floor, if laying on the floor is an issue, maybe bring a small garden recliner? please contact me if you need any help or advice.
Sounds baths are a wonderful experience but are not suitable for anyone with a pacemaker or any heart of brain implants, stents shunts. It is not suitable for women in the first trimester of pregnancy. People with mental health issues or epilepsy should contact their Medical Practitioner before attending and advise me accordingly.
