The theme of December's Sound Bath is: RETURN.
The darkness of Winter can be dark, cold and dreary. While at the same time this darkness is the fertile matrix where magic is born. Your magic. The universe is not outside of you. Look inside yourself; everything you want you already are. Come discover what lies deep within in as we honor the return of the light along with the return to your own inner truths while we also celebrate the Solstice and honor the return of longer days.
Magic Moon Medicine's Sound Baths are sweetly woven tapestries of word and sound. Each sound bath features a theme connected to the cycles of the seasons and opens with a guided meditation that gently takes you on a journey deeper into yourself.
Participants are “bathed” in healing sound waves for the purpose of restoring harmony and balance in the body. A cocoon of sound generated by chimes, drums, singing bowls and other musical instruments helps to relax and recalibrate your nervous system.

We encourage you to bring yoga mats, blankets, pillows- anything to create a cozy little nest to lay back and relax in while you experience the healing power of sound. We also have nest making materials at the studio for you to use as well.
We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the event begins. The door will be locked a little after 6pm in order to not disturb the experience of participants.
