First, the important job of getting yourself as cosy and warm as you possibly can!
My intention is to hold you in a safe and sacred space, helping you to melt into a bubble of peace and to receive exactly what you need.
Through some gentle focus on your breath and some soothing words, I’ll help you to press the pause button on busy mind, let go of your worries and fears, and become fully present in the space.
Once you’ve settled, you’ll begin to lose sense of the world around you as I guide you through a journey of drumming and sound where healing vibrations, frequencies and sensations will weave their magic over and through you.
This Sound Meditation Bath with Crystal singing bowls is designed to release and rebalance the body and mind, sending the very powerful 432hz frequency soundwave vibrations deeply throughout the body, shifting, unblocking, releasing and replenishing from top to bottom on a cellular level.
Reiki is a system of natural healing which has also been in use for many thousands of years. Rei-Ki means spiritual energy or universal life-force energy. At an atomic level everything which exists in the Universe is made up of energy vibrating at different rates. Humans are also comprised of electromagnetic energy and in healing Reiki acts holistically, affecting all the energies comprising the human body, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Reiki is non invasive and hasreiki drum, healing and journeying been shown to effectively stimulate the relaxation response.
Combining Reiki and Drumming creates the Reiki Drum Technique, a method of utilising the drum to introduce Reiki energy into a person’s energy field to bring about deep relaxation thereby releasing deep seated tensions and achieving homeostasis. The drum rhythm reminds the body of its optimal vibration.

Sound Meditation is immensely beneficial for improved sleep, lowering blood pressure, reducing stress, anxiety, and depression and will promote improved awareness and concentration....whilst leaving you with a feeling of pure relaxation!....
*For optimum relaxation bring a cosy blanket, pillow/s, cushion/s and wear something comfortable. Bring your own yoga mat if you prefer (the studio has some) Bring some water and remember to bring your own camp chair if you prefer to sit higher up rather than lie down
**Please note - this sound bath is not suitable for anyone with epilepsy, on anti-psychotic medicine, as well as anyone with a pacemaker or during pregnancy due to the powerful vibrational frequencies.
