Please join us for our monthly general membership club meeting and annual holiday party. **Please mark "all notifications" in the event settings so you don't miss anything!
We will arrive about 2pm for setup and decoration.
Dec. Club meeting will start at 3:30 PM.
Please bring your potluck dishes by 4pm, we will plan on eating immediately following the meeting. Let me know if you will be joining us for setup. (Tables, chairs, tablecloths, food table, decorations, gift exchange table)
Food assignments:
* We will need several hams and turkeys prepared. Let us know if you would be willing to cook either. The Club will reimburse you for the purchase cost, turn in the receipt to Brian.
* Last name A-L: please bring a side dish/salad/veggies tray
* Last name M-Z: please bring a dessert
We will have our annual Gift exchange ($20-25 value). To receive a gift, you must bring a gift. The club will cover all gifts for children BUT we NEED to know how many children, gender & ages so we can prepare early, you can even give us some hints of what they may like :)
it is also been suggested that we do an ugly sweater contest....So wear your best ugly sweater!
