This month, we’ll be focusing on how to make it through the holiday season while carrying grief. The holidays can bring up tender memories, complicated emotions, and a unique kind of heaviness — especially for those facing them for the first time after loss.
During our time together, we’ll share stories about our children, siblings, and grandchildren, along with the ways we’ve chosen to honor them during the holidays. By sharing what has helped us, we hope to offer comfort, ideas, and connection to others who are finding their way through this season.
