You are invited to participate in a Full Moon Circle on Sunday, 15 December where we will share Cacao, community, and connection.Being the day of the Full Moon, this is a potent opportunity to gather together, receive support, and set intentions to move through this time with ease and grace.
Circles are an amazing way to connect and celebrate the sacred messiness of being human. This event gives us space to deep dive into the energies of the full moon, and what may be showing up for us at this stage of our journey.
Bringing Cacao into the space with us can help us more deeply connect with ourselves and others, and the gentle, meditative Soundbath supports integration and recalibration so we may step back into the world at large more deeply refreshed.
I look forward to welcoming you into this space.
The event will run for around 2hrs with an opportunity to connect informally over snacks afterwards (dietary friendly).
Please bring:
- a drink bottle
- journal and a pen
- your own blanket and/or cushion (optional)
Yoga mats and blankets are provided.
Important notes:
We will be having a full serve of Cacao, mixed only with water. There may be some contraindications if on anti-depressants or you have a heart condition, please reach out to discuss confidentially prior to the event.
