It’s looking like the weather will be dry on Sunday, but possibly a little windy. The ground muddy and therefore pretty slippy underfoot, so trail shoes are a must!
The run starts at the car park (where there is free parking) adjacent to the school field at Tendring Primary School and the Goose Green play area.
There is a short quarter of a mile stretch of tarmac on Lodge Lane at the beginning, access only, so very few cars. Then the route is a mixture of public footpaths, tracks and open countryside.
The route is about 4 miles long, but can be shortened if you don’t want to go that far, or lengthened if you want to do an extra loop.
Please don't be worried about speed - We will wait for the group to catch up at each track junction throughout the run so nobody will get left behind.
We would like to set off promptly at 9.30am, so please aim to meet in the car park 10 mins beforehand.
