About this Event
Bachata (Level 1) lays the foundation for bachata social dancing through a curriculum of basic steps and fundamental concepts. The focus of this class is to get participants comfortable with the music, its timing, as well as physical attributes like coordination, timing, and agility. Important themes in this program are framing, connection, and patterned foot movement. This class implements drills that gets participants accustom to turns and popular sequences in bachata dancing.
After our Bachata (Level 1) program on Sundays at The Watt, we have a complimentary social. This is a great opportunity to to practice the lessons learned in class.
