Equipment provided (Mat, cushion, blanket, bolster, eye pillow, Clari-tea) but please feel free to bring anything you would like to make yourself *extra* comfy.
More about Michelle: Michelle holds a Diploma in Community Sound Therapy and also Practitioner Diploma of Sound Therapy with the British Academy of Sound Therapy, and also holds a Diploma of Music.
